Support Services

National Relay Service

This government service is designed to aid individuals who are deaf or have difficulties hearing or speaking on the telephone. Specially trained staff can facilitate voice-to-text or text-to-voice communications, as well as assist with AUSLAN to English or English to AUSLAN translation. To avail of this service, clients in need must register.

Translating and Interpreting Service

Aimed at supporting communication with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, this government service offers assistance in 160 different languages. It’s available for immediate and pre-booked phone or on-site conversations.

Beyond Blue

If you’re experiencing anxiety or depression, Beyond Blue provides phone, web, and email support to help you through these challenges.

This national telephone and online support service is dedicated to assisting men with family and relationship concerns, offering information and referrals.
